When I double click on the application it partially loads up but as soon as the main window of the application appears, it crashes. We don't know if the thinkorswim code checks these flags explicitly at all.

I was downloading ToS on my new PC, and I get the following error after the installation stalls out - The Java(TM) VM could not be started.
